Do you have any evidence of disrupted sleep in toddlers who were positive covid, who slept beautifully prior and after a mild case is now screaming every night at bed. No symptoms, fine during the day. Takes a beautiful nap without a problem. Please help.

    1. Please consult your child’s physician to determine if there is a medical problem. Cumulative sleepiness (page 50 in my book) with or without a sleep disruption (mild illness, family celebration, or holiday) can push a child abruptly over the edge.

Hi. You should redirect the old individual blogs to the new blog location. I tried to subscribe to your blogs on the new website, but I am not notified. I tried to remove and add again, but still no emails when you post new blogs. Any suggestions?
